Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey conducted on November 9, 2022, Caring Hospice Services, has corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey completed October 13, 2022.
